its official after almost 6 years together, My sister and her boyfriend kuya whe, are seperated.

I don't know the entire story behind all the break up drama but now whats getting me stressed is, they refuse to give us Solenn, my 7 year old niece, who is under Whe's mom's care.We stress the fact even before that we want Solenn to stay here with us, with her sister and brother (yes half sister and brother) but ever since, they refuse to give us sole custody.

The kids are all using CHETANDAS as legal names, I'm declared as the legal guardian of the Philippine embassy due to some legal papers I had to fix for their immigration application, because my sister is working at Oman as a Nurse.

anyways to cut the story short, I think "retrieval" of Solenn will cause a big noise. the other party refuse to understand our part and is only giving us visitation rights, which is,in my opinion, UNFAIR. My sister can't come home this year so the problem is on my shoulder.again.Will be visiting the DSWD by Monday so I know what i need to do with this matter and if things gets worse, I may have to visit some attorneys too.
